Hi
I had the same problem. The dealer installed a heater mod kit (free) and a new output duct that blows the now hot air on your feet instead of your shin!
Still not great heatwise, noisy, but much better than before (frozen toes)

I read in one of the TSB's that there is an issue in the 04 M3 in that the air flow past the AC condenser. Diggin this out of my memory... but as I remember it, the air flow is too fast (?) and the air does not get temperature exchanged efficiently. The TSB had a fix to put a damper in that would slow the air flow down. Don't konw if it's the same thing or not, but might be good for a conversation with your Service Manager. .. check this link for that TSB; http://www.protegefaq.net/tsb/07-005-04.html .. and this one for all TSB's; http://www.protegefaq.net/tsb/

My 1988 dodge ram 100,just does not put out enough heat and blowing power to keep up with canadian winters is there any thing i can do to get more heat and air volume.

you can try blocking the radiator with cardboard. the heat comes from your coolant so if its not producing enough heat you either are not getting the truck hot enough or you have a clogged heater core.

I've jst changed my timing chain, but when i drive the car don't have power and manifold turns to red.

This sounds like a timing issue, recheck the cam and distributor timing. Look for intake leaks...

Heater is not working. A/C works properly, blower, and all fuctions works, but no heat. Heater blows cold all the time.

Have you checked the engine coolant level?
The coolant can be low enough to starve your heater core, but high enough to still keep the engine from over heating.
If the coolant bottle is empty, make sure you top off the radiator itself... well it's cooled off.
