i don t have enough heat coming out of the blower,in winter times, after several visit to the dealer ,every time they tell me that the problem can not be fix beacause it was made like this.and it is a known problem but no fix yet.is there a solution.blower is working good, air conditionning works good
do you have an idea..?

I had the same problem. The dealer installed a heater mod kit (free) and a new output duct that blows the now hot air on your feet instead of your shin!
Still not great heatwise, noisy, but much better than before (frozen toes)

I read in one of the TSB's that there is an issue in the 04 M3 in that the air flow past the AC condenser. Diggin this out of my memory... but as I remember it, the air flow is too fast (?) and the air does not get temperature exchanged efficiently. The TSB had a fix to put a damper in that would slow the air flow down. Don't konw if it's the same thing or not, but might be good for a conversation with your Service Manager. .. check this link for that TSB; http://www.protegefaq.net/tsb/07-005-04.html .. and this one for all TSB's; http://www.protegefaq.net/tsb/
