I have a 2000 Caddy Deville and keep getting the P0741 code, the transmission shifts fine, it won't pass emissions. Any suggestions without replacing the tranny?

The P0741 code is a torque converter clutch stuck in the off position and the po 440 code is an evaportative emission control circuit malfunction. The po440 code could be the gas cap not seated properly. Niether has anything to do with the radiator.

The engine light is flashing on my 2000 chrysler 300m...what could be the problem?

The check engine light is telling you the computer has a problem with a sensor or the overall performance is below standard.
You should have the computer scanned for trouble codes to proceed.
Most auto parts stores will scan for free with the hopes you will buy some parts.
Let us know what the trouble codes are.
