The best way to do it is to use the correct key for the vehicle. If you are using the correct key, then you need to get your immobilizer system properly diagnosed and repaired. There is no way to "override" the system without damaging the computer system that controls it (which also makes your engine run).
Please note: There are many self-proclaimed "auto experts" that will point you in the direction of several web sites that claim to show you how to do such things. Some of them can work, some of them cannot possibly work - ALL of them are opening up a can of worms that you will probably not be wanting to deal with (or pay for) once it is opened....I would think LONG and HARD before attempting any modifications to your vehicle or its computer systems....It may cost you a small fortune if you later decide that the modifications need to be reversed in order to get your vehicle functioning correctly.
