If this is an early 90s model there is no accsess panel you can accsess the pump from the back of the gas tank

I wish it did but nope sorry you have to remove the tank to access the fuel pump. Its not that hard to remove as long vas tank is as close to empty as you can get.

Unfortunately there is not one on these cars. The tank must be dropped. If you need instructions, let me know.

Removal & Installation
Fuel Tank Drain
Stabilizer Bar and EVAP Canister
Fuel Filler Tube
Fuel And EVAP Lines
retainers with thumb and fore finger.
down on connector retainer and pulling connector off of module.
Fuel Tank Locknut
Fuel Tank Locator
sits in the notches on the fuel tank.
Over tightening the pump lock ring may
result in a leak.
