Have you tried getting the cooling system flushed? It might be clogging at random times.

SOURCE: heat blower not working

If it is the blower motor that isn't working you shouldn't have cold air blowing out either, if that is not the case, and you have cold air blowing out the vents I would guess that it's a problem with the blend doors. They redirect the flow of air to change the temp.

SOURCE: all lights work on my

There are two flashers under the dash, one for turn signals and one for the hazard flashers. Turn the hazard lights on and see which one clicks. Replace the one that doesn't click.

Perhaps it is not the fuse, but you can try looking in the owners manual, If you have lost the owners manual, try going to Chrysler parts or 'MOPAR" online and looking at the manual there... good luck.

to me it sounds like a loose wire may be exposed to metal touching that one point or another and it's definitely an intermittent problem and that's what it sounds like to me

HAZ flasher, works.
check fuses first. many cars run 2 fuse here, 1 for each.
also alldata.com has the schematic , look there if fuse is good.
there are 2 fuse boxes, look in both,(allcars) look both.
on about 1996, all cars, then started to move fuse forward due
to insane increases of in car electrics. (space limits)

Saab blower motor problems, works when it wants to

Sometimes the fuse in your fuse box will pop out and not get a good connection, happens to my vehicle sometimes,I pull the fuse out and reinstall. If that's not the problem,if could be your blower motor resister,it's located next to blower motor with electrical connector and a couple of screws holding it on,can't tell by looking to see if its bad.

Hi, the air conditioning in my '93 dodge shadow isn't working. The blower fan works and the heat works. But no a/c.

Look to make sure both ac fuse and relay are good and have good connection, then start the car and turn ac on any change? if not you probably don't have any Freon due to a leak in the lines attached to your ac.

Not sure if radiator fans are working, car overheating. which fuse do I check?

LOOK UNDER THE HOOD IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. ON DRIVER SIDE FOR FUSE BOX.LOOK ON FUSE BOX COVER IT HAS LOCATION FOR FUSES AND RELAYS.MOST TIME PROBLEM WITH COOLING FAN CIRCUIT WILL CAUSE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.BAD ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR WILL CAUSE COOLANT FANS NOT TO TURN CAUSE OVERHEATING. ON.REPLACE THERMOSTAT AND RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP SEE IF STOP OVER HEATING. IF ALL LOOKS GOOD HOTWIRE COOLANT FANS MAKE SURE FAN MOTORS ARE GOOD AND NO SHORTS AT FAN CONNECTOR WIRES.

CHECK WATER PUMP WEEP HOLE SEE IF ITS LEAKING ANTIFREEZE IF SO WATER PUMP SHAFT BEARING GOING BAD CAUSING WATER PUMP LOCK UP HARD TO TURN.MAKE SURE DRIVE BELT NOT SLIPPING DUE TO BAD BELT TENSIONER.CHECK TO SEE IF COOLING FANS TURN ON WITH AIR CONDITIONER ON HIGH.IF NOT CHECK HEATER + AC IGNITION FUSE.IF FUSE GOOD.YOU HAVE FAULTY COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR.IF ALL LOOKS GOOD.CHECK ENGINE OIL IF LOOKS LIKE MILK SHAKE YOU HAVE LEAKING HEAD GASKET.IF OIL LOOKS GOOD.YOUR ENGINE CYLINDER BLOCK WATER CORES CLOGGED UP WITH RUST RESTRICTING COOLANT FLOW THROUGH THE ENGINE BLOCK TO REMOVE HEAT AWAY FROM THE ENGINE.BLOCK PROBABLY NEED FLUSHED OUT AT RADIATOR SHOP.

My rear driver side brake and signal light will not work. I changed the bulb and still nothing. Is there a fuse for this light connection?

Yes there should be a fuse in your interior fuse panel that opperates your brake and turn signal. Look in your ford book for the correct fuse or you can use a test light to check them individually until you find the one that is blown.

Heated seats dont work what to look for?

If the buttons light up when you turn them on then the fuse is good. What usually happens is the element of the heater part burns or break and the heater will not work. This is a 2 part heater. One for the back and one for the bottom. If one goes neither of them will work. You have to ohm both to see which one is bad and replace it.Usually the bottom because it takes the most abuse. If the light does not come on then check the fuses and check connections under the seat.Good luck.

Air conditioning/heat/defroster controls do not work

I think u r right. this is a problem that most certainly requires a skilled technician to solve If u dont know of anyone who is good at this problem that leaves only the dealer and of course they are going to sockit to you. get an estimate.. it might be a good idea to check all your fuses first. then look under the hood for any loose vacum lines. dont forget your fuses under the hood usually in a plastic box.
