Question about 1994 Ford Thunderbird
Driving to work today i was told that my brake lights do not work. thought it might be a fuse but not it, could all three brake lights be burnt out? is there a switch?
Yes therse a brake light switch activated by the movement of the brake pedal Follow the brake pedal arm up under dash and you will see a small switch.Move pedal in and out to see if the switch is being activated and no wires have fallen off.Yes all three could be burnt out but inlikely,This fault is usualy associated with corroded or poor chassis earth at the bulb holders and if the circuit board type they too will need to be checked Usualy checked with test light/probe to determine if the power is flowing with no resistance and wether the chassis earth is intact and working.Good luck
