When starting the car, the cd player starts cycling through the cds, clicking like it's switching cds and getting ready to play one. After about 20 seconds of that, it just stops. It will not eject the cds that are inside and will not play anything. The radio still works.
There is a chance that you have a bad drive belt inside of the CD player. You probably need to have the unit removed and either sent in for repairs or find someone local to you that is competent in repairing it.

dear friend- the error code means the lazer is not reading your cd,if it is a pirate cd it might be the problem,or the lens must be cleaned.

I found that while checking my fuses that i had pulled out what looked like a black plastic "fuse puller" that was actually some kind of jumper. I had accidentally re-installed it reversed. I reversed it back to its original position and all lights, clock, radio, etc.. work normal now.

doubtful probably burnt up a component in radio thats why when jumping a vehicle u turn off all accessories so when something gets crossed it doesnt short it out usually will blow a couple of fuses
