Question about 1997 Ford Thunderbird LX
Re: 1997 Thunderbird LX
Replaced fuel pump, screen, fuel filter; and also added new battery. Now the car will not start - not getting a spark. Ground down plug, also tried applying gas with spray bottle to see if not receiving fuel was causing the problem but still no spark. Sounds like it wants to turn over but just can't.
We're strapped for cash and my wife needs the car to get to work (live miles from public transportation route ) so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Check for a small black wire at battery called chassis ground. it will cause symptoms similar to these.
