Since the problem remained in the same position after a coil swap, your next step would be remove the ignition module below the coils and have it tested at your local auto parts store. Also inspect the wiring harness and plug going to the ignition module for a bad connection.

Identifying Ignition Types I and II

On Type I coil packs, three twin tower ignition coils are combined into a single coil pack unit.

On Type II coil packs, the coils can be replaced separately and the ignition wires are all on the same side of the coil pack.

HAVE 92 BONNY RUNS GREAT BUT DIES SUDDENLY AND WONT RESTART RIGHT AWAY. CAR TURNS OVER BUT NO FIRE THIS HAS BEEN VERIFIED REPLACED CRANKSHAFT SENSOR CHECKED ALL CHASSIS GROUNDS. IGNITION WAS RECENTLY...

If by 'no fire' you mean no spark, check all of your fuses, and have the ignition module (located under the coil packs) checked. Autozone can usually check the ignition module for free. If it has spark, it could also be the fuel pump going out.

Someone crossed spark plug wires i need fireing

It is stamped on the top of the engine, in the head. It is usually pretty easy to find, and you wont have to remove any pieces to see it.

92 bonne dies after warm up

have the ignition control module checked, also have the crankshaft sensor checked they both could cause this problem the more common of the two is the ignition control module under the coil packs.

Your Crank sensor is broken. You have to pull the Harmonic balancer off, it is behind it.
