what makes you think its not charging, the lamp> in dash.??? what? post symptoms like: lamp on. running. battery dies while i sleep or while driving battery dies , then engine. or running battery voltage not from 13.3 to 15v. ???
It sounds like you have a major compent shorted out somewhere. Some thing is causing a discharge. Therefore your altenator is not responding and the car is draining the battery. Is the circuit between the altenator and the battery broken?? Also, you may need to check all the chassis grounds. Sometimes all your problems can stem from just a bad ground.
the altenator isn't putting out enough volts. it needs to be putting out atleast 13 volts or better. maybe the altenator isnt' putting out enough volts to operate the sytstem to it's full capacity. i suggest getting a new altenator.
