Question about 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee
My jeep dies out while I am driving?
I did read this problem with the car shutts down if you will pull your feet out from the gas pedal, or pushing the brakes, i had 5-6 diffrent Grand Cherokee, from 94-98 all the same problems, and after changing the battery of the car, everything went fine, i used to be a car dealer, and when the crs were not running, the battery drains a little, even i could start the car from the first time.
So, i suggest that you change your battery to known good one.
Hope this Helps.

I had the same problem... frustrating.
I picked up a repair manual at the parts store. I took off the throttle body and cleaned it with throttle body cleaner spray. I changed the Idle Air Control Valve (idle speed motor) which was very clogged. While I had the throttle body off I also changed the Map Sensor and Throttle Position Sensor. The manual will walk you through the steps. I had never done anything like this before. If I can do you so can you.
My Jeep has never run better. Good Luck

TRY CHECKING THE WIRE CONNECTORS ON THE PCM WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FIREWALL. IT HAS THREE LARGE MULTI-WIRE CONNECTORS HELD IN PLACE BY THREE BOLTS. WIGGLE THE CONNECTORS WHILE TIGHTENING THE BOLTS CAREFULLY SO AS NOT TO BREAK THE FRAGILE PLASTIC ENDS. HOPE THIS SOLVES THE PROBLEM. KEEP ME POSTED PLEASE. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA. GOOD LUCK

Please be fast about checking your fuel pump. It is not giving enough fuel pressure.
