The belt comes out after every 300 km engine running.
My dodge caravan 2000, with 3.00 lit motor has the same problem as every 300 km of running the motor i have to buy a new belt for it , at first it tears from a side and then it comes out . i checked all the bearings , all running well , the alternator( dynamo) , the water pump , the streeing pump ,...the new belt runs well but after one week when you start the motor a little sound cumd from motor and after the motor get warm it disappears ,and after about one month suddenly it tears from one side of the belt and comesout. the belt seems nice and new but on row of it tears and i cut the row and use it second time , but you know how it is defficult to fix it again .bad design is this.

Re: the belt comes out after every 300 km engine running.
Did you double check that all the pulleys are aligned ? I found one that the alternator was a little off straight, and it would throw belts too. Check all your pulleys, especially along the edge that keeps peeling of for a jagged edge in one of the grooves maybe.

Not much to be done, however there is always this:
proper tires, alignment
Proper tire inflation (this is huge)
clean air filter, perhaps an air filter that is less restrictive
proper motor oil
Be certain the engine is at proper temp, not running too cool.
I hope this may have helped,
