Question about 1996 Honda Prelude
The dealership is saying this must be replaced.
They have quoted a price of $1400 dollars to have the
problem fixed. We have been driving the 1996 honda
prelude and really notice nothing different in the handling
of the car, does this have to be replaced
Possibly the pump has packed up.if you still have brakes and they appear to work ok evan without power assistance then remove the bulb and hope its not picked up on the annual mechanical inspection when they do a brake test, other than that it will be fine and should save you being the golden egg layer.
