1999 toyota camry v6 the check engine light flashed 78 times what does that mean

If the engine check light is on there is a problem somewhere on the vehicle.
You will need to get the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic system or an OBDII scanner. Find out what the error codes are and what they mean. This will help you fix the problem.
