Oil is on the belts,alternater,oil pan. There is no visable spot where it's leaking. It has all new timing cover and gasket also a new oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket.Looses about a quart a week.

Clean the area well with gas or a spray cleaner/degreaser where you know it's leaking from. Since you don't want to go through the proper repair by removing the oil pan to replace the gasket, do this instead. After the area is clean and dry, tighten all the oil pan bolts first. Then get a tube of black RTV and put some on the end of your finger that reaches the spot the best and push the RTV into the area between the oil pan, gasket, and block. Make sure it's well covered to plug the leaky gasket and let the RTV cure. Shortly, your leak ahs been stopped. I personally do this myself to stop that same leak on my Chevy 383 I put in my Motor Home so I don't have to drop the pan. And it works.

1995 Tracker would have a timing BELT. Normal oil leak points (in order) on a Suzuki G16 engine are the distributor base (rear of motor), valve cover (top of motor), front main seal (behind lower timing belt cog) cam seal (behind the upper timing belt cog) and rear main seal. (behind the flywheel). I'd suspect the front main seal or cam seal. I use foot power to help find oil leaks.
the belts are glazed rub a bar of soap on the belt and run it see if it stops this sometimes removes the glazing i wouldent think the oil pan gasket would throw oil on the belts though its on the bottom of the motor check to see if valve cover gaskets are leaking they are on top
It is recommended that you lift out the engine before attempting to replace the oil pan. Once the engine is lifted you can remove the bolts, remove the pan, clean all the old gasket material.
Remove the rear main bearing cap oil seal
Remove the timing cover oil seal
Clean all the mating surfaces and seal grooves
Install new oil pan front cover seals
Install a new rear main bearing cap oil seal
Install new oil pan side gaskets on the block
Make sure the tabs of the front and rear seal fit properly as these are critical spots
Attach the oil pan to the engine block and install the retaining bolts
Valve Covers, Head Gaskets, Oil Pan Seal and a number of other spots. You'll need to clean the motor with Gunk Engine cleaner and then look for the largest build ups of oil and crud to get a better idea where it is.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the drive belt(s), fan and fan shroud. If equipped, remove the accessory drive belt pulley.
Remove the vibration damper retaining bolt and washer. Remove the vibration damper using a suitable puller.
Remove the accessory drive brackets attached to the timing cover.
Remove the A/C compressor, if equipped, and alternator bracket from the cylinder head and move to one side.
Remove the oil pan-to-timing case cover bolts and the cover-to-cylinder block bolts.
Remove the timing case cover front seal and gasket from the engine.
Cut off the oil pan side gasket end tabs and oil pan front seal
tabs flush with the front face of the cylinder block. Remove the gasket
Clean the timing case cover, oil pan and cylinder block gasket surfaces.
Remove the crankshaft seal oil seal from the cover by prying it out with a suitable tool.
Install a new seal in the timing cover using a suitable seal installation tool.
Apply sealer to both sides of the replacement cover gasket and
position the gasket on the cylinder block. Cut the end tabs off the
replacement oil pan gasket corresponding to those cut off the original
gasket. Attach the end tabs to the oil pan with sealer.
Coat the front cover seal end tab recesses generously with sealer and position the seal on the timing cover.
Apply engine oil to the seal-oil pan contact surface, then position the cover on the cylinder block.
Insert timing case cover alignment tool J22248 or equivalent, in
the crankshaft opening. Install the cover-to-cylinder block bolts and
tighten them to 62 inch lbs. (7 Nm). Install and tighten the oil
pan-to-cover bolts to 11 ft. lbs. (13 Nm).
Remove the cover alignment tool and position a replacement oil
seal on the tool with the seal lip facing outward. Apply a light coat of
sealer to the seal and a light coat of oil to the crankshaft. Install
the seal on the timing cover.
Apply a light film of oil to the vibration damper hub seal
contact surface. Install the vibration damper using a suitable
Do not hammer the damper into place as damage may result to the damper or engine.
Install and tighten the crankshaft vibration damper bolt to 80 ft. lbs. (108 Nm).
If equipped, install the crankshaft pulley and tighten the bolts to 20 ft. lbs. (27 Nm).
Install the accessory brackets.
Install the fan and fan shroud.
Install the drive belt(s) and adjust to the proper tension.
yes, I just changed one of these recently. Had to take both front and bottom off engine. Very difficult repair, as there are no good jack points for the engine when you have all the motor mounts off.
Here is procedure I would recommend.
Remove starter and engine to transmission brackets front and back.
Remove transmission starter gear cover.
drain oil and remove oil pan.
put a block under the crankshaft and jack to release weight on motor mount.
remove front motor mount (by serpentine belt)
remove compressor and bracket.
remove crank pulley and vib damper.
remove timing cover. mark timing belt with direction of travel
loosen tensioner gear.
remove timing belt.
remove crankshaft timing gear and key.
remove seal and oil pump housing.
clean gasket surfaces.
replace seal and reverse procedure.
