WONT START AFTER UN HOOK BATTERY AND HOOK BACK UP ?
WELL I CHANGED THE MOTOR OUT CAUSE IT HAD 231000 ON IT BUT IT STILL WOULDN'T START SO BOUGHT A BATTERY STATER AND COMPUTER BUT I AM GETTING GOOD SPARK AND FUEL PRESSURE IS GOOD AND A BUNCH OF DEALER SHIP'S TOLD ME SECURITY PROBLEM SOP I DID THE RE PROGRAM THEY TOLD ME TO DO AND STILL WON'T START I NEED SOME HELP

have you checked the oil level? the light most likely came on due to low oil, the car wont allow the motor to start in order to not cause any further damage to the motor. good place to start would be to make sure the oil is at recomended level, if you cant start the car after that try disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds or so to reset the car computer, hook battery back up and try again.
Try this. Lock and unlock the tail gate with the key and see if it will start. The battery must be hooked uo when this procedure is followed. Whenever the battery is disconnected, the security circuit shuts the ignition down.
When you hook up any battery, make certain that you connect the positive battery cable first and negatvie (ground) second.
4 wheel drive service try un hooking the battery for 5 min and see if that clears if not go down to auto zone use there computer to clear it the computer wants you to change the gear lube in the front rear and rear rear it wouldn't hurt to check the level in the transfer case
any neon almost has a security system some times it will trip try using the key to un lock the door that will reset the system then start if nothing try the fuses under the hood one is bound to blow and wont let u start the car
I'm thjinking your fusebox is under your dashboard as well. check the fuses one by one for faulty fuses or half burnt out fuses. if that's not it check the back of the fuse box. You'll have lots of wires and connectors coming out of it so you wanna be careful. see if you can find any wires that seem burnt or worn out. It may just be a stripped wire that's causing a short
The starting fluid things results are what is leading me here , I'm calling it an ignition problem (read:no spark). The issue you have had with the ignition module a couple a months ago leads me back there as well. When the module was replaced , was the white heat transfer grease spread liberally on the heat sync? Failure to do this will cause the module to overheat easily enough. The flashing lights now, That's a stumper. Is the emergency warning light switch turned on?
