Follow your top radiator hose from the front of the car to the engine block. the hose ends at the thermostat. should be on the driver side of the block at the top under the air breather hose and throttle body

negative any metal part of engine wiggle the cable to have good contact that it cheers pierre

Follow the top radiator hose back to where it connects to the motor there should be 2 bolts holding a housing on, the thermostat is under there.. Depending on what motor you have you might have to remove the throttle body

if you follow the upper raduiator hose the thermostat is located under the nipple/cover the hose is attached to at the engine end of the hose, very easy to change, make sure you bleed the air oput of the system if you drain the coolant out.

I just answered the same question for another person. Physically the transmissions will interchange; just be sure to check ALL electrical plug's BEFORE installation AND change your linkage arm. The flywheel SHOULD be the same diameter also,just be sure to check the torque converter bolt pattern b4 installation. Lastly,be sure that the dip sticks are the same........ALL the part's on both transmission's are interchangeable,change as necessary.

if it's a V6 it's next to the exhaust crossover pipe , with small hands and a 13mm wrench you are able to replace the thermostat without removing the pipe
