Question about 1999 GMC Sierra
What controls the fuel pumps to each tank? Are these tanks connected to each other?? Fuel gauge stays on FULL all the time. Can you please help me?
There is a balance pump that keeps both tanks within two gallons of each other.

The pump details are given in ur manual . so just check it there or consult a professional.
