The lights are probably wired through the radio my blazer is like that you will need a wiring diagram of the radio and the lights to figure it out

ABS brakes not working

If you can feel the pedal pulsating and the light turns on the Abs is doin its job. if you want a better stop you could try a brake pad upgrade to ceramic pads and for even more stoping power add an after market drilled and sloted rotors.

My 99 Mazda Brake lights stopped working

Check the ground to the brake light socket. I had a similar problem on a 98 626 and found the ground connector corroded in the socket.(it is on the outside of the socket between the metal insert and plastic housing) Pulled the remnants of the connector out far enough to solder a piece of wire onto it and then soldered it to the metal socket. Lights started functioning normally again. It seems that a bad ground on one socket affects every light in the circuit.

No headlights when turned on

Just a thought. I have a 98 626 5 speed. When the hand brake is applied the head lights go out but the marker lights stay on. Might be a switch issue with the hand brake...worth a look. The sensor should be located at the pivot point for the brake handle.
