Your idle air control motor and tps ( throttle position sensor)
either one of those or even the cam sensor can do this , check your dash light (engine light) for a blinking code that will tell you which sensor it is that you need to replace

I think something is chokeing it either the air filter or the catalytic converter or it could be 1 of the intake sensors

Radiator flushed by vacumn system last year, now when the outside temp nears 100 degrees the temp will stay at mid way at 60 mph but when i attempt run faster 65/70 the temp shoots up until I reduce to...

Be sure coolant is up to proper level (when cooled) , and if water pump is working properly, I'd check my rad hoses for collapsing when engine rpm increases. Feel hoses for soft spots that may collapse & restrict flow when engine reaches a certain rpm.

Continental 99, Electric fans run all the time.

generally the fans will run at start up to run through it's initialization however they should shut off after v30 seconds until the engine reaches operating tempature. now the sensor could be the problem, but first check the fans relay it could be the fault that circuit should not close until the temp reaches 180 degrees so if the relay is shorted closed instead open the fans will always run

A/c ......

the ac temp controller only goes from 60 to 90 degrees /  if you set it at 60 the a.c. will run non stop. it does not shut it off when it reaches 60.  it will only turn it on and off if set to 61 to 89 degrees

Coolig fans dont run

the cooling fans are run by a relay it's located in the junction box. check this. there is also a thermoatic sensor located near the fans next to radiator. the fans should free spin when the engine is off this is a good indiacator that it's not the fan themselves. if the relay checks out(run engine and switch the fan relay with the a/c clutch relay when the engine reaches 180 degrees you will feel the upper radiator hose get hot the fans will turn on a short time later iof they don't it's the temp sensor near the radiator if they do it's a bad relay...please rate this thanks
