Question about 2002 Jeep Liberty
I've had my Liberty for about 2 weeks. When I release the gas pedal I hear a sound (harmonic). It usually starts when I'm going around 55-60 mph, but it's also done it when I'm going 5 mph. I've never been in a vehicle that sounds like this, so I'm not sure if this is normal for the Liberty or if it's something that needs to be fixed.
I might take a closer look at the wheel bearings. Being an '08model, I'd think that something like that would be covered by a warranty. May also have to do with the tires. I've personally driven a few Libertys at work, and haven't noticed anything like that, nor have any customers presented that as a problem. I hope this helps.
