just under a load,if you pump the pedal fast several times you can get the car to rev-up but it will shut off once you let the rpms come down.

New fuel pump installed no change

Sounds surely like a fuel system problem. Does this occur just when under load or also when idling?

OK, sounds like starving for fuel, probably fuel pump related. I would have that tested first. Does the engine have fuel injection system?

I have a 99 Tahoe with no engine light stalled no fuel pressure installed new fuel pump assy. starts and runs fine at idle. but falls on face under acceleration. HELP

Have you checked base fuel pressure with a gauge ? You could have been sold the wrong pump, or the inline filter may be clogged.

4.3 coolant sensor

Along with the vacuume leaks I would check the carb. The accelerator pump might be out of adjustment or something else in the carb. Currently I have the same problem with mine and I just adjusted it and for 1 day so far it's ran fine but I have a holley on mine. Carb may be dirty also.

shift solenoid is internal to the trans and could be your concern depending one which solenoid is the concern

more often than not though you would hear the engine rpm's higher and the vehicle not moving

I's start with a trans flush and see if the concern repeats

if so then you need more diagnoses like what is fuel pressure at the time of the concern, MAF in grams/second and TP data

99 Buick lesabre engine hessitation, bucking, and low idle.

I recently tried the DIY service and repair manuals from a website and it actually helped me repair transmission problem in my jcb 3cx site-master. It would'nt move forward or reverse, engine was good both solenoids for forward and reverse worked, but still couldn't diagnose the problem.
I don't have much technical knowledge but I just followed it step-wise, and now it works perfect! covers wiring, codes, diagrams, torque specs, PCV, everything

Just taking a shot here as I have seen the same thing in the shop in that last month....I am going to throw you two scenarios as you don't say if it has a carb or F.I.
If it is Fuel Injection the filter or a weak pump would be the culprit.
If it is a carb engine there is an item called an accelerator pump. this pump pumps fuel into the throat unmixed so during startup and on acceleration it needs this raw fuel, on startup to just get fuel into the chambers and on acceleration when switching from the Idle to the venturi there is a dead spot that this pump covers for.. A 20 dollar rebuild kit for the carb is all you need. there should be a tag on the carb for the ID to give to the parts store..
