The problem is in your steering wheel

SOURCE: 2002 throttle position sensor
The sensor is on the side of the throttle body, it has three wires going to it, it is connected to the throttle blade so when the throttle is opened it reads that info and sends it to the PCM.

what u do is go to your local auto supply store and buy throttlebody cleaner you remove the rubber hose from the throttle body with the engine off of course u open the throttle and spray cleaner in it then use a tooth brush inside it replace the hose done
except it will be hard to start the first time crank engine over with foot to the floor on the gas pedal do not pump it

Not necessarily. Take it into a Hyundai Service Center/Dealership.. pay the diagnostic fee and that way you find out EXACTLY what the problem is and what's required to fix it. Probably just a weak/failing battery.

purchase a generic electric fuel pump and attach two hoses to it of appropriate lengths and diameters then using wires hook it up to a battery feed the length of hose down the filler neck of gas tank, make sure that the battery is 5 ft away from the tank that gas is to be transferred too, a spark witl ignite gas vapor and make a mess for all involved
