You have to remove the engine mount next to it, then remove the 4 bolts in the pulley Make sure you support the engine with a floor jack, use the jack to raise the engine a few inches on the that end helps getting the pulley bolts out.

I want to remove old water pump on 96 Park ave. and have all bolts out except 1. Its a long bolt and a pulley is in the way. How do I remove that pulley/ I have the right fitting, but I cant seem to brake...

You should not have to remove any pulley besides the water pump pulley. This is the only pulley you need to remove.Take a good look and make sure you are not removing more than you need to.There should only be 8 bolts. There are no reverse thread bolts on this engine.Hope this helps.Good luck.

93 buick park ave Ultra. replacing water pump...must I remove the front passenger side motor mount??

Yes. Put a jack under the motor and remove 3 bolts from side of engine and the long center pivot bolt in mount and the 2 bolts that go top down into the frame and loosen the 2 bolts below mount. Jack up the motor until you can separate the mount, leaving the engine side in and removing the frame side. The engine side can be moved out of the way without completely removing.

Water pump

Your should have four short bolts and four long bolts. The four short bolts are torqued to 11lb-ft. The longer bolts are torqued to 22lb-ft. I hope this helps you.

Motor mounts to access water pump

You must loosen the motor mounts on the body of the car. I did not disconnect the motor mounts completely to get at the water pump bolts. One ALL motor mount bolts are removed I jack up the motor with a floor jack.

91 buick park ave.

Well, that can be a ton of things. Usually it means: A. its not getting enough air, or any air. B. Its not getting enough gas. It could be a problem with the Mass flow Sensor- which can be cleaned or replaced-, or maybe a bad fuel pump or bad fuel lines or something. Either way the problem sounds like it just can't run because it can't get enough gas.
