1994. Toyota camera could 215/65/15 tire fit 15/6 rir

the size of therear tire did not come to me. so a 65 center number is taller than a 60 series middle number.

The first number is the tire width. the second size is the tire hight the higher the number the taller the tire. the third number is rim center size al will fit if center bolt pattern is the same.

I need tires but don't know the size

Usually the factory recommended tire size is listed on the door tag. There is also a size on the tire it self. Yours should be something like 255/75/16. If there's an "R" in there somewhere it stands for radial. Likewise "LT" stands for Light Truck, "A/T" for all terrain, "MS" Mud and snow, etc... Just check the door tag and the side of the tire as there are many different sizes. The first set of numbers is the height of the tire. The second set of numbers is the width of the tire: 255/75...means that the width is 75% of the height (255) as an example. The last digits are the rim size. I hope I've helped, if so please rate my assistance and leave a testimonial. Thanks for using Fixya.

Speedometer faster then the speed im going

Good Evening. The first place I would look is the size of your tires compared to the label on the inside of your door which says the factory tire size. If it is not there you can go to tire rack online or discrount tire and look up your vehicles original tire size by make model and year. I'm guessing you have a size on there that is not the same diameter as the original and it's throwing your speedometer off. I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please feel free to ask.

My 2001 grand cherokee rims are 17" what is the exact size, and what other rim would fit.

Hello, Thank you for trusting FixYa.com to help get you going! The rims on your Cherokee, (and any other vehicle) are measured based on the tire that is designed to fit it. Technically the rims is just shy of 17". They measurement is taken at the base of the lip at the tire seat, ( the place on the rim that the tire seals against.) There are many outlets with rims for sale from custom to OEM, available in almost every city in America. Depending on the look or function that you are seeking, prices range greatly. Good luck, and if you have additional information, questions, or comments please return, and I will respond quickly to your concerns. Thanks again for trusting FixYa.com, have a great day!.

Tires and rims

Check inside the driver door post for the factory tire size for your truck. It's recommended that your tire size not vary more than 3% of original, due to handling characteristics, and car/truck performance. Keep in mind that putting huge tires on can throw off your speedometer reading, so big tires having fewer revolutions will show a lower speed than you are actually traveling-so watch out for radar traps! Our computer controlled engines are fed info constantly to adjust fuel/air ratio, rpms, etc, and vastly different tire sizes can affect those adjustments and calculations. So, yes, I agree, bigger tires would look much better, but don't go too big. For a formula to estimate tire size and lots of info and advice, go to tirerack website.
