I have a 2002 Blazer. 6 months ago, when it was raining out, it would not start and I had it towed to my house. After purchasing a new fuel pump and preparing to drop the fuel tank, I decided to try and start it one more time, and it started right up. I returned the fuel pump and have not had any probelms until last week, when the same thing happened again. It was raining once again, so I had it towed to my house, where it sat for 2 days before I tried to start it again....and it started right up again. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

i would think it may be a distributor cap or wires as they are the only things that when wet are a problem like you mention or the coil may have carbon tracking try looking at coil and cap at night when dark and see if you see any arcing if you do there is your problem
if you know its getting fuel then lest talk about spark check the spark plug wires and the spark plugs if you got spark see if your getting air check the air filter if its to dirty it wont start beacuse clean air wont come through
replace fuse and relay.also check oil pressure switch.it controls fuel pump also. check fuel pump wires and fuel injector fuse .if all is good pcm could be faulty it controls fuel pump on .command circuit
Your battery is either faulty or ther is a parasitic drain, have it checked out at parts house. With a good battery installed, spray some starter fluid into intake housing. If it starts, then dies, you have fuel pressure/delivery problems. Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn on the key? Hope this helps.
fuel pump is in tank, have someone listen at the fuel door while key is turned on, should hear it running if not take rubber hammer and tap fuel tank to see if that starts the pump, also check fuses under hood for fuel pump and ecm b fuse, if fuse blown more than likely fuel pump, hope this helps
