Is there fluis in the master cylinder? If there is no fluid the red brake light in the dash should be on. If you have no brakes and there is no fluid in the resevoir, then you must have a leak some. Being a licensed technician, I would have to say from experience, you have a blown brake line somewhere.

I have no brakes at all

If you haven't done any work on the brakes, the problem could be a faulty master brake cylinder or a leak between the master cylinder and the front brakes. Check the brake fluid level in the master cylinder.

When i brake my warning lights com on my gagues die and my radio goes off

You problem could be caused by a short in your brake light switch. The brake light switch is located on the back or side of the brake pedal arm and could be shorting and sending surges through the electrical system. This is more serious than it sounds and you should consult your mechanic immediately.

How do I replace a 1995 Pontiac Sunfire's rear license plate lamp

I haven't worked on a '95 sunfire in many years but if memory serves me correctly the light is a sealed unit. The best bet is to get a replacement at the local auto parts store and use it as a model to guide you.

Idel goes up wen pumping brake padel.

You have a vacuum leak in the brake booster. Whenever you push it in, a vacuum leak is introduced. Causing the engine to idle higher. Changing the brake booster will cure the problem.
