Check your compressor if it is running, if not you may have a leak and may need recharging.

Hi Cindy, I'm glad to help! Here's something you can try, it works on most vehicles. While the alarm is sounding, turn the key in the drivers door several times and see if it stops. If it doesn't and you have a lock cylinder in the liftgate, turn the key several times in the liftgate lock and see if it stops. If it doesn't, try the key in the passenger lock cylinder if it has one. If this doesn't work try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 20 seconds then reconnect it. If the alarm is still sounding then try the doors again, if it still doesn't stop then you'll need to take it to the repair shop. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Cindy!

Dvd player in patriot turns off

If the DVD player is mounted in the dash, this is due to an interlock to avoid distracted drivers. If you tried to disable it, the unit will not work at all.

If this is a back-seat only unit, please add a comment with more information on the DVD player.

I hope this helps.

Winshield wipers wont work

Hi Cindy,

It sounds like the gears in your wiper motor are stripped. The fix would be to replace the wiper motor.

Midas told me my fuel pump went out (at47,000miles) when I got my trans flushed..I was unsure what was going on & towed it home. My son & friend tested the fuel pump-it worked so they "hard...

Cindy, I would like to know where you took your vehicle for Maintanance. I am looking the the Dodge Dealer Site, and it clearly says this about flushing your Transmission...

Chrysler Group vehicle fluid systems do NOT require regular flushing. These systems include: engine oil, transmission oil, axle lube, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and refrigerant. The only exception to this requirement are published in the vehicle maintenance schedules, e.g. engine coolant.

As you see, already you are going to have a problem.

--- As to why your vehicle is not starting after this flush, is a good question. Possibly they left something unplugged.

I hope this helps you. If you still need assistance, please don't hesisitate to just ask.

I have a 1995 jeep grand cherokee. The message says service 4wheel drive switch. after reading many of the e mails. i know this is a comon problem, and changing the switch is not the answer. what than is...

Hi Cindy.
After to change the switch, you Reset the ECU?

How reset the ECU:
1. Disconnect the battery by removing the positive battery cable. Remember, the positive battery cable.
2. Ground the positive cable to the negative cable for 30 seconds to erase the electric charge in the capacitors.
3. Reconnect the positive cable to the battery.
4. Turn the key to on but do not start.
5. Turn the headlights on.
6. Turn the headlights off.
7. Turn the key off.

The ECU has now been reset to its factory settings. For the next 50 warm-up periods the ECU will re-learn the engine and driving habits for your driving conditions and the newly installed parts.

I hope help you with this. Good luck (remember rated this help).
