I have a 2000 beetle turbo and just notices it is leaking oil from around the plug which is tight and seeping transmission fluid. Is this going to be a costly fix?

OIL LEAK AROUND THE SPARKS PLUGS COULD BE LEAKING VALVE COVER GASKETS ALLOWING OIL TO SEEP BY GASKET FLOW DOWN AROUND SPARK PLUGS.TRANSMISSION LEAK IS NOT VERY EXPENSIVE LONG AS TORQUE CONVERTER SHAFT SEAL NOT LEAKING WHICH TRANSMISSION HAS TO DROPPED OUT TO REPLACE SHAFT SEAL.IF TRANSMISSION LEAK AROUND FRONT AXLE SEAL IT MAY COST A LITTLE.BUT PAN GASKET LEAK OR OIL COOLER LINES WONT COST TOO MUCH NOT HARD TO GET TO REPAIR.PHONE AROUND GET PRICE CHECKS.

Can some one please tell me if there is a certain spark plug that needs to be put in my 2000 beetle 2.0 motor or will any work.

You need to use an NGK 7092 Spark plug or equivalent. Note this is a NAPA part number & may not work everywhere.
So to answer your question, No you can't use just any plug.

I'm just guessing since I don't have it here to look at. Your exhaust hanger in the middle part of the car is broken and needs replacing. It's two red rectangular rubber hangers secured by it's own sub-frame located after the catalytic converter.

I have a new beetle but the engine it doesn't start in the morning i sow the spargk plugs and they has like water, can you help me about this problem

Sounds like you have moisture shorting the plug wires.
Replace the plug wires, keep the car out of the rain over night if you can, and reduce the spark plug gap to .038"

With the intake where it is this can be verry hard. You may have to pull the intake manifole to get it done. I can pull 1,3,4 but 2 is a problem. Check with a good auto parts store many times they have people with mechanical skills and loaner tools.

How do I change the spark plugs on a 2000 Beetle.

No special tools required. Spark plugs or glow plugs mount down into the engine from the top. Last resort - follow the wires. Be careful when changong the plugs such that you don't break any of the wires. The wires are somewhat expensive, and break easily.
