Wont shift thru gears

Double check the cables and grommets holding everything in place. If parts of the cable can move, the linkage on the transmission wont.

Sounds like the reverse band or servo has gone out. Transmission shop needed for a confirmation.

Check the fluid level in you slave cylinder. If the fluid is low or there is air in the system it can cause hard shifting. If everything is ok it is problably the syncros.

Yes ,you need to replace only ,after checking vacuum line that runs to it and make sure it's working correct

Drive it slowly to a reputable transmission shop. There is nothing you can fix yourself.

sounds like it is stuck in winter mode

Take out your middle console and watch your shift cables as your shifting, you may have something stuck or maybe your shift cable bushing has broken. So i would just take the console out, and try shifting in all your gears. And then you will most likely find out what your problem is. :)) Good luck. Hope this helps. I say band adjustment in transmission, have done by shop. might be just a vacuum hose or modulator, but I don't think so

Are you sure you are getting the right trans? There are 2 different based on sohc or dohc. The rpo codes are mp6 or mp7. The gear ratios are different and will set these codes.
