The most probable cause is that the windshield sealer is not sealing properly and so the water leaks inside especially when it rains or you take it to a good car wash, the windshield has to be removed and resealed sorry

Recently bought a used Ford focus 1.6 sport 2007. Couple days later I find all footwells soaking. Garage can't find where it's coming from as they found no leaks /Broken seals

This can be from a few places, but why the garage say they can't find it?

Hole in the floor at the rear of the wheel arches.

Missing grommets around cables or pedals

Missing, faulty or rotted out seals on the windshield

Most likely though, a leaking or split Heater Core, not a lot of people know this, but they are made of plastic. This would also explain why both foot wells are wet as they are often central to the car. The reason the garage can't find it, is because they don't want the job. It often involves removing the console. As there are lots of videos showing how to do it, there I rest my case :>)

Have you had front or rear glass changed? Is there rust around windshield or rear glass? Have someone run water hose over upper glass...while someone inside car inspects for water trail. Hope this helps.

Vibration under the front driver footwell of a Ford Focus 07

Although it may feel like it is right under your foot, the vibration most likely comes from one or more unbalanced tires. You need to visit a tire store and have all four tires/rims balanced and that should do it.
