Im sorry, but i'm afraid you have misunderstood, i believe the 4.0 engine has a timing chain set-up, not a belt and is not serviceable under routine maint. only if mechanical problems arise. do you mean the accessory drive belt? once again, sorry, didnt mean to sound like a wiseguy! a retraction would be appreciated.

Bleeder valve radiator

Heater blower should come on when you put the switch or lever in the on position. That year of vehicle don't have a bleeder valve on the radiator, it does have a valve that opens to drain the antifreeze from the radiator to make repairs or flush the system. May I suggest that you supply more in depth details of what you are wanting to do and add the year, make, model and engine size along with any other details you think may help to get a proper solution to the problem. Feel free to email me anytime with the info and I will be more capable of helping you . Hope this Helps.

Timing out of wack!

You then have moved the cams from being
in a place where all valves are closed

If you bought a new belt, you should have an instruction
booklet or at least a diagram

Try You Tube Video or a local repair shop may print
the diagram for you

How to change a timining belt

Without the specific car and engine I would be unable to give you the details as they vary from car to car. The timing belt is generally located under a plate cover located on the block at the front of the engine (where the serpentine belt is located). Depending on the vehicle you will have to remove most or all of these pulleys to get to the cover. You then remove the cover to get to the timing belt. The old one comes off and the new one goes on then reassemble the front of the engine. You will need to know the vehicle and engine in order to know the timing settings.

When should timing belt be changed?

Hi there:
most manufactures call for timing belt/chains to be replaced approximately every 75,000 to 100,000 miles.
Timing belt replacement can be very difficult if you don't have much experience in that type of repair for the best step by step instructions it would be best too go and get a repair manual from your local parts distributor i would recommend getting a chilton repair manual.
hope this is helpful for you best of luck too you
