Sorry, probably not. the charging specs need to be checked. with accessories on, ck volts and amps. should be 13.8 minimum volts and around 2-8 amps or so. the only other thing i can think of if it is charging is to ck single thin wire behind alternator for good connection. i believe that is the reading for the dash lite.

Recheck the Alternator. if it bleeds the battery down, the diodes are bad in the alternator. an easy test is to diconnect the battery cable for the night. if the battery doesn't bleed down, it is the alternator

Battery light on when engine is running

The battery lite is tuned on when the charging system alternator output voltage falls below the battery static voltage. Have the charging system tested.

MY CHECK CHARGE SYSTEM LIGHT AND LITTLE BATTERY LIGHT KEEPS GOING OFF. I'VE HAD THE WIRING HARNESS TO THE ALTERNATOR REPLACED, THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR REPLACED AND TODAY A NEW BATTERY PUT IN. NOTHING IS...

The first question for you is, What is the charging output for the altenator at idle?? If less than 12.3 volts, replace altenator. Typically, the altenator gets tested at 2500-3000 rpm on a bench tester. Your problem may be in the low rpm output range.

No tail lights and no interior lights, brake and hazard work

check for the complete fuse box and search for short circuits. Check the fuses and the amps of each. Did you change the battery for a new one? Did you install any device not OEM? An alarm? Check the cable system. If this is ok, scan it.

96 Ford explorer. 4x4 lights blink.

possibility you have a bad battery that will not hold a charge or an alternator that is not charging the battery to it's potential, might want to get it checked in a shop....or try changing the battery....if it keeps up, it could be the alternator.....hope this helps...shia
