Our headlights are flickering while driving, even on the highway.
It seems to happen every minute or so, the headlights will dim then come back. It doesn't matter how the engine is running - it happens while in park or on the highway. The battery and the alternator were both replaced 3 months ago.

The problem probable is a short to ground on one of ur circuits. when u drive at night u have ur headlights on which forces the alternator to produce more electricity. making it seem normal. or a defective alternator
This problem is caused by a burnt headlight switch and the headlight switch connector. Pop the panel out and remove the switch, you will see the contact blades which should be a bright brass color are burned looking. The headlight switch and the connector are available from most parts stores like Carquest and Napa and the Ford dealer of course. When you install the repair connector do one wire at a time, solder the connections and shrink tube them. YOU MUST REPLACE BOTH PARTS
