Question about 1999 Dodge Durango
MY DURANGO HAD BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR REPAIR AND THE HORN HAS NOT WORKED SINCE WHICH MEANS THE ALARM DOES NOT WORK, COULD THE ALARM BE WHATS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. WE HAD STARTED HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE REMOTE CAR STARTER, IT WORKS, BUT IT DOESNT CUT OFF LIKE ITS SUPPOSE TO AFTER SO LONG, IT WILL JUST KEEP ON RUNNING UNTIL WE CUT IT OFF OR RUN OUTTA GAS. COULD IT BE A FUSE, HELP! THANKS
The horn is a simple circuit. Check your fuse, and see if you get power to the horn itself. The remote start and alarm are separate problems, and probably need a technician to straighten out.
