I have a 1997 buick lesabre and the front body mounts rusted off and the body mount dropped down on both sides behind the front tires. I have ordered all the parts needed, but I need instructions with a diagram to replace them. I do not want to have to buy a chiltons, as I will be trading this car in for a different one once the problem is fixed. Do you know anywhere I can download this information for free online or any other suggestions? Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Eric, The TTC Torque Converter Solenoid is located behind the side cover which has to be removed to access. I will post links for you.

Look in the owners manual you will find a diagram. Also in my 97 their are 3 fuse boxes 1 drivers side under steering wheel. 2 passenger side pull down glove box 3 under hood at top of fire wall. Most likely drivers side. Also make sure the horn itself is not rusted at ground our mount it happens. Good luck.
The shift solinoids are mounted to the valve body which is behind the side cover of the transmission. Usually you have to lower the trans to remove the side cover, which envolves lowering the subframe. If you drop the subframe the steering rack must be disconnected and the engine must be held from above because most of the motor/trans mounts are on the subframe
