My ignition switch will not go to the accessory postion

The Astro Van is a rear wheel drive vehicle. The Cutlass Ciera is a front wheel drive vehicle. The transmissions are entirely different and and not adaptable.

disconnect battery and insert key in switch, turn all the way over in start postion. There is a pin located in column under switch-you need to push that in with a paperclip end and pull out on key.

Hi Friend: Your Circuit Breaker for your power door locks are located in your fuse box, its Located Left Side of the drivers side instrament Panel, Which it pulls Down for easy Access. Your Vehicle Speed Sensor has failed and needs to be replaced.

There is no said switch. only a fuse and a relay controlled by the PCM.

check the ignition switch

Check and clean all connections to the battery. Check all electrical connects at starter also.

ignition switch not lock cylinder may need to be addjusted it's on top side of steering column under dash

Also check all of your grounds, a little corrosion caused the same problem on mine. Just had to find the right ground. Mine was on front under pass headlight causing mine. Good Luck
