No heat when you turn the heater on.

When you turn the heater control on low setting and turn blower off youget a little heat from vents ,but not enough to heat vehicle. Wechanged the thermostat but this did not solve the problem.

So it not the thermostat it could be that ur radiator is low on anti freeze or u have a bad switch on ur panel i tsuggest u check u check ur fuses cause they are known to cause this problem in GM products it a safety feature but it can cause problems

Ac/heater control panel gets VERY HOT to the touch, What could be going on ?

Turn the blower fan on high and see if the heat goes away.
It may be the low speed fan resistor, sometimes it's directly behind the control.
Did you try other settings? Heat instead of AC, AC regular vs AC MAX, or just Vent?
You didn't tell us what vehicle or year and we're not the psychic hotline, so this is my best guess.

My windows are not defrosting properly.

Do you have heat? Does the fan turn on? are you getting air from the defroster vents close to the windshield? If you have heat make sure the defrost control is working. I'd open the outside air vent and turn the blower on high speed. If there is no heat, the heater control valve is not working. Double check the radiator fluid tank, make sure you have enough fluid (antifreeze) Low fluid levels can reduce the hot water flow to the heater coil inside the car. If there
is no air flow through the defroster vents you may have a problem with the fan control, or the fan motor. Good luck.

1996 Montero Heater Blower not working

I assume your heater setting is electric control, if so either your defrost and floor heat switch failed or wire problem. For the air not hot, check the heat control valve on the top of the hose it should be in front of the firewall. I don't know your car is using mechanic valve or electric control valve. Anyway check there first. Good luck.

No heat coming from heat vents, blower works. i have change thermostat still no heat

Make sure the cooling system is full ... they can run with low coolant and not have it show on the temp gauge. Make sure the heater temp control actual opens the valve the controls the flow of coolant to the heater.

A/c blower issue. 2202 chevy trailblazer

your blower resistor bad or the blower motor control switch is bad. no air flow from top vent make sure vent open.because you can manual adjust them not to blow air on you.if all is good.you have leaking vacuum hose or vacuum actuator.or air door stuck.the AC and HEATER control switch.is bad.its not allowing vacuum to open air door.

Heater blower went out?

Either the blower went bad or the heater relay went bad. This does not sound like a heater core problem unless you where smelling a SWEET smell when it was running.
