There are two fuses
one feeds power to the radio at all times to keep the clock correct.
The other fuse is for power when you turn it on, that one might be blown.

Head lights won't go up or down

There are 2 different problems that could be happening. 9 times out of 10, the motor still works and there is a simple test that you can conduct to figure out if the motor is working; have someone else push the headlight button while having your head near the headlight motor, and if it is making a whining noise, then the motor is attempting to work. If this is the case, there are two repairs that are pretty simple and even come with instructions. There is a seller on ebay (search: buick reatta headlight motor repair kit) and find the repair kit that is about $60-70; it includes the crank assembly and better bushings. If your headlights are malfunctioning, it is most likely that the bushing inside the motor have disintegrated or the crank assembly rounded off; the repair kit on ebay has parts to fix both of these problems and will last longer than the stock parts. Hope this helps
