The easiest way I do it is go to an national chain auto parts supplier like Discount Auto Parts or Auto Zone. They will select the correct blades and will put your wiper blades on for free. Take it from me after cracking my windshield once this is how I do it.

The passenger side wiper on my 98 Saturn SL doesn't operate

Check the spline nut that is at the base of the wiper. It is under little plastic flap at the base of the wiper. Flip it open and tighten the nut down and make sure both wipers are in the down position when you do it.

There is a fuse box under the hood by the battery, also under a panel on the passenger side of the console, towards the front of the console, kind of under the dash.

My saturn's wiper blades won't stop. Is it the

No, prolly not the motor. If the wipers are working then the motor is doing its job. It would be the control portion-in the switch most likely.

The wwipers don't stop with switch on the off positsion. and what is ckt94

there is circuitry in the wiper motor to "park" the wiper blades in the full down position after you turn them off. that means that power is going to the wipers even with the switch off. this circuitry is going bad in your wiper motor. You will have to replace it, on the S series this should be done by an experienced saturn person, i.e. most likely a dealer. you will find a saturn wiper motor is nearly $400 while you can get one at advance or autozone for about $100. the labor is at least $200. when you shut the car off and restart it the wipers do not come back on until you turn them on?

Wipers travel to far past winsheld

You may have had the wrong size wiper arm and/or blade recently installed. They can be different from side to side. Please check the correct wiper blade length with a part finder at your local parts store.

1997 Saturn SL wipers wont stop

well the good thing is you know the wipers work !! , I would start by seeing if the washer squirters work when using the Wiper lever . and I would also see if it worked on fast speed and slow speeds . If it does you may have a wiper switch that has gone bad ! ,
