Are you getting power to the pump? Does the pump turn on? Just because it is new does not mean it is not defective or incorrectly installed.

SOURCE: does the injectors throtle body stay hot or do

they are always hot, they are switched by the negative side (the ground turns on and off to pulse the injector)

SOURCE: I have a 93 trooper with 3.2l soc. it looses power

Attain a vacuum gauge and check the vacuum pressure at the intake manifold, it should reading steady needle at 18 lbs. of vacuum if not there is a vacuum leaking, if it reads 18 and the needle is shaking it may be a valve issue, most vacuum gauges come with a chart that shows the diagnostic procedures for use with vacuum gauges they are an invaluable tool for mechanical diagnosis and they can also tell you if your timing is off.

Testimonial: "I have some mechanical experience but this one puzzled me it showed no fault codes or no check engine lights. an 89 cent vac hose hose solved the prob"

2000 GMC JIMMY What controls turning on fuel pump

The pump is powered by the relay. The relay is grounded by the computer. It gets a ground signal for the first 3 seconds, then only if the computer sees oil pressure or RPM to know the engine is running.
You should be able to ground the relay and run the pump for several minutes. After 30 seconds you should be at max pressure.
Normal pressure is 15psi for a truck that has throttle body injectors such as a mid 80s model, and 65psi for trucks that have port fuel injection like yours.
You may have the wrong pump.

1992 acura integra wont stay running

You need a scan tool hooked up and the fault codes read, suspect you have a crankshaft position sensor or igniter module issue going on here. Keep in mind that is just a guess so don't assume this is the problem get the testing done..

Fuel injectors not working

i suggest you do three things: 1) get a noid light and check that the proper signals are being sent to the fuel injectors to insure they are being told to fire 2) spray some starting fluid in the throttle body and see if it starts. if it does, the problem is fuel related. if it doesn't, you have a spark problem 3) do you hear the fuel pump come on for a few seconds when you turn the key to "on" but not start the engine? if not, check the ground wire for the pump located between the gas tank and rear bumper.

good luck.
