You have a wire shorting out in there somewhere. the best way to find out is to start the car turn on the headlights and take a look while the car is running to see if you can see smoke coming from the area you are talking about

The headlights will not turn off in my 1991 Buick Park Avenue. What could be causing that? In the meantime, which fuse can I pull to cut the power to the headlights? The fuse box diagram is illegible,...

Disconnect the batteries first to prevent discharge. Yes it is on the driver side under the dashboard and there is a guide where the fuse for a certain circuit is located.

1994 Buick Park Avenue The outside temperature sensor

Open the hood

Find the "hood spring", sticking up from the frame in front of you

The sensor is located almost directly below that spring, about two feet down on a bracket that runs vertically from the bottom of the frame where the spring is mounted.

It's easy to replace, with a simple connector and a couple screws.

Front end vibration

Sounds like a separated tire, alignment will NEVER cause a shake. Or you have a very loose front end part or both.

How do I change the headlight in my 1998 Buick Park Avenue?

Open the hood and look behind the headlight lens housing. There should be a place on the back of it with a socket and wires. Grab the socket and rotate it CCW about a 1/4 turn. The socket should be able to be pulled out. The lamp can be pulled off and replaced at that point. These light assemblies do vary a bit so you may encounter some slight differences.
