I have a 91 Toyota Mr. The parking lights, tail lights and daylights wont come on. They run off the same fuse underpass. The bulbs and fuse are good. What could be wrong?

Replace the day time running light module. Early years are a separate module. Usually they are on the driver side under the dash. These can be bypassed..Find an electricial that works on cars.

Daylights not working

10A fuse 16 in the central junction box supplies power to the DRL module. 15A fuse 15 in the battery junction box (BJB) supplies power to the DRL relay. DRL module output passes through 15A fuse 12 in the BJB and 15A fuses 2 and 3 in the BJB and is applied to the headlights. If all fuses are OK, the problem may be in the DRL relay, the DRL module or associated wiring

Pull the release on your emergency brake, if its not all the up the daylights will remain off.
By pressing the emergency brake down one notch or pulling up one notch it turns off the daytime running lights while it is being serviced.
