The instrument cluster is messed up. Best bet is to take it out and send it to one of the several companies that repair them. The cheapest I found was www.dnaspeedometers.com. But do NOT buy one from a junk yard because it did the same thing after about a month. I was out $100. Please contact me if you need anymore info at firstname.lastname@example.org
