Question about 1998 Volvo S70
The volvo dealer cannot seem to find the problem. They are now
going to change the mass air flow sensor. The check engine light
came on so they also put it on the computer , but could not solve the
problem. The car other wise runs fine. This stalling issue has just started.
Hi Joe, first I have never worked on a volvo however, I would suggest you have them check the CPS (cam positioning sensor) and the CSS (crankshaft sensor) ford and chrysler have the exact problem and these sensors dont throw codes. I hope this will help you my friend good luck and let me know how you make out, take care.
