Do you hear any kind of noise when you starter the wiper function. If yes then fuse is ok, but issue is wiper motor.

Since you Disconnect the motor also renewed the switch and is still blowing the fuse ,it is obvious that you have either broken wire between the switch and the motor. Try to test the failure by means of a tester circuit. Good Luck.

Try unplugging the compressor then put in a new fuse. If the fuse does not blow, the problem may be the clutch on the compressor.

CHECK FOR LOOSE OR MISSING WIPER ARM NUT.IF ALL LOOKS GOOD YOUR WIPER LINKAGE COULD BE BINDING.TRY LUBRICATING LINKAGE WITH WD40 SEE HELPS ANY.COULD JUST NEED LUBRICATED.

Yes they are fused and the fuse is under the dashboard in the box. If all fuses are fine, I would check the wiper motor as they do burn after some years.Also connection might be loose.
