Take it to the dealer it is a pain in the *** tto change yourself, you have to drop the motor down on the passenger side and take off the main bracket just to get to the pulley.

2005 dodge neon the idler pulley went out. How do I change wthe idler pulley?

You will have to go to the tensioner pulley and put a wrench on that bolt and apply presure in the allowed direction and take the belt off...look first to see if there is a diagram of how the belt goes back on if there isn't write one down before you take the belt off...might be a good time to inspect the belt for cracks and replace as needed.

What is involved in replacing an idler pulley located just below the alternator on a '93 Dodge Dynasty? The welded bolt on the pulley broke for some reason.

Just gotta get yourself a new pulley. Not very hard to replace- you may have to remove alternator and belt first

Dodge Neon 2002 when using the turn signal lever it doesnt return

The steering wheel will need to be removed and inspected. Most likely the switch is bad and will need to be replaced. Only an inspection will determine what actually broke or fell apart

I have a dodge neon 2001 2.0 starts over but will not run. when u pore water in to the radiator it leeks out the bottem of the crank shaft pulley

something tells me the waterpump let go which is under the timing belt cover and above the crank pulley. if the timing belt came off because the pump broke. you could have some bent valves from it coming "out of time" and colliding the valves with the pistons. the cyl head may have to come off. did the car not start or quit while running?
