You will get to the bulb through the trunk. You must move the lineing out of the way and there will be at least 2 bulbs. Figure out which one is the break light and replace it. Most of the time you can access the bulb just by removing the lineing in the trunk. There will be some wires going into little round plastic pieces. You will just run the plastic piece to remove it and can replace the bulb that is in there. You just push the bulb inwards towards the piece that holds it and turn it. It should come right out.
Hope this helps!

My third brake light keeps blowing out on my 95 Buick lesabre how do I fix this problem

Are you touching the bulb with your fingers when you install it? The oil on your skin will cause the glass to break or crack and will cause the bulb to fail, in short use rubbing alcohol to clean it and don't touch it with bare skin use a paper towel. Also is water leaking into the light fixture? I had this issue and I installed an LED bulb replacement and no more problems.

1993 buick lesabre 3.8L wont come out of park?i crank car up,hand shifter will not move out of park.

Step on brake pedal and see if you have brake lights. The brake light switch release the solenoid to let it shift. If brakes lights work then the solenoid could be defective. Also the fuses should be checked for the brake lights if they don't work.

Tail lights quit working on 89 buick lesabre...also dash lights

check your dash ground. the tail lights and dash lights run on the same circuit.

if the fuse is good, a ground is your most likely culprit.

2000 buick lesabre wont release out of parkwhen brake peddle is step on

Check if the brake lights light.
The switch that controls the brake lights also controls the release mechanism for the shifter.
The switch is located up on the brake pedal under the dash

1997 Buick lesabre left brake lamp not working. Bulbs are good right brake lamp works as well as the center break lamp.

You should check the socket with a test light and make sure the terminals have power, if they do, then check the ground.

My signal lights on my 1989 buick lesabre has

It's the same bulbs I believe, so look for the flasher module, the most likely suspect. It should be a round metal or plastic can, pretty accessible under the driver's side dash.

They use a different flasher module for the emergency lights because it's turning on and off more bulbs.
