open the bonnet,un plug the light...the lamp is clipped on in 4 places, put your screw driver behind the bowl part of the lamp and prize forwards not too hard tho and the light should pop off, then the new one, offer it up to the mounting with the 4 balls on then just give it a tap with your hand not too hard so ya dont break it....plug it in...job done !!

3, 8mm bolts hold it to the t-state housing located at the end of the upper radiator hose to the engine. The new T-stat will include a new seal. (if you notice a white milky substance on the old
t-stat you have a problem which may include needing a new water pump, by I digress) Do not put any silicone on the housing or seal.
after replacement, be sure all the air is out of the system, it will need to be "burped" and topped up serveral times before you go on a long road test. Be sure to use a 50/50 mix of Jaguar anti freeze and water to fill the system.
Typically Jaguar fuel pumps are the submerged type (i.e. in the fuel tank) so you will need to remove the fuel tank or there might be a panel in the the tank that you can remove to get the the fuel pump. Good luck.
It's a very simple job. Disconnect battery. Disconnect electrical connector to MAF sensor. Remove (unbolt) MAF from air duct. Install new MAF. Reconnect electrical connector. Reconnect battery. Finished!
