The smell of Radiator coolant on the inside of the vehicle

No visible leaks from the interior of the car or the exterior

I have done both and there are no visable signs of leaks inside the vehicle under the dash board or on the ground? Very strange. This has been going on for weeks and the Coolant Reservoir level has not changed, which would indicate a leak.

If you smell steam/water/antifreeze inside the vehicle, then most likely you have a heater core issue. If it is more 'overheating' smell outside of the vehicle, it could be overflow container leaking on hot parts, leaking hose, radiator leak, etc.

Water is leaking from the floor vents what could be the proble?

Check your heater radiator. It is usually mounted behind/near the glove box areas on most cars. It is like a small version of the large radiator that is mounted on the front of your vehicle under the hood. Antifreeze and coolant (does it smell a little like antifreeze?) flows thru your front radiator, thru the block and hoses, and cycles thru the radiator for your heating system. If the radiator is leaking, often it cycles thru the vents on the interior.
Another possibility MIGHT be the AC system and condensation/AC coolant that is building up in/on the lines and transferring thru the vents.

2000 ford explorer loosing coolant

Unfortunately this will be kind of hard but, it sounds like you may have a blown head gasket depending on where on the passenger car it's leaking? Drive the car get it hot. Leave it running get out and pop the hood. Start looking for leaks. Use a powerful flashlight to help look. If it doesn't leak while you're driving and only after the car is shut off then I'd say you're creating a vacuum in the coolant system, change your coolant cap at that point.

Smell of gas on interior and exterior of car - 2000 Forester with approx 170,000 miles.

If you can't find any visible signs of a leak, under the vehicle or in the engine compartment etc, have the vent system checked for blockages or damaged pipes.

Anti-freeze smell inside car interior when engine is on, why? Could it be related to the interior air filter? There is no visible anti-freeze leaks inside the compartment, and none outside of the car.

No. the cabin air filter filters out the pollution from the outside of the vehicle, i.e. pollen, smog, ect. The number one cause is usually the heater core. It could be leaking or a loose hose might be causing it.

Water dripping right front underneath

Is what the liquid plain water or coolant (water mixed with antifreeze). touch and smell the liquid, no smell = water, antifreeze smell and oily feel = coolant.
If plain water, could be Air Condition condensation dripping from condensation drain which is normal. (this drain is usually located near the center of the vehicle).
If coolant, could be leak(s) from: radiator, radiator hose, heater hose, water pump, engine freeze plug. A coolant system pressure test should show what is leaking.

How do u bleed the hoses from the radiator u can smell the antifreeze in the car need to know if it may be a hoses or something less

If you smell antifreeze inside the car then you probably have a bad heater core causing the coolant to leak inside you vehicle and giving you the antifreeze smell which will make you sick. If you windshield is all foggy and hard to clear and the right passenger floorboard is wet then your heater core is leaking.

You can drain the coolant out of your car by taking off the lower radiator hose. This will get most of the coolant out of your car. If you have a hose leaking under the hood you may smell coolant inside the car, but it shouldnt be too bad, if you have a leaking hose however it should be pretty obvious and your car may even be overheating.

Radiator coolant fumes inside cabin

There is a chance you may have an engine bay coolant leak and the fumes are being drawn in through the heater ductwork so verify that first.
But....
Coolant fumes inside usually come from a leaking heater core. The heater core is like a small radiator inside your vehicle that gives off heat.
Problems like this arise from coolant that has not been flushed and creates an electrolysis that eats away at the material causing a leak.
This is not a job for a do it yourself guy(or girl). A pro could easily spend 5 to 7 hours changing this one.
Make sure whoever does this repair flushes the system.

Coolant smell inside cab when you turn on car/heat

Likely you are in the beginning stage of a heater core leak. at this point, you may be able to temporarily solve the problem by using a good system sealer (I'm partial to the kind that comes as a silver powder) Since we don't actually know the condition of the core, temporary may mean a week or several years, but replacement is expensive and time consuming so I'd definitely give it a try.

Antifreeze smell

If u smell the antifreeze inside the car, the heater core needs to be replaced most likely. It is leaking inside, and will get worse, to the point of 'fogging up' the windows inside.
